Spicy Cat Racing Booking Policy

1. Deposits and payments

For Track-side Coaching or Track Car Rental

All bookings must be confirmed by paying a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost at the time of booking. Full payment is required at least 3 days before the event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged by Spicy Cat Racing.

For All Virtual and Email Coaching

100% Payment is due at time of booking,.

2. Payment Methods:
We accept payments via credit or debit card thru the store here, alternatively we can send invoice thru Paypal or Venmo. Details will be provided upon booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event can use the deposit amount toward another booking within 6 months, after which it is forfeited.

Cancellations made between 3 to 30 days before the event forfeit the deposit, without the ability to reschedule, as by this point we have prepped and booked travel arrangements which we will not be refunded for.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will forfeit deposit and pay an additional $100 cancellation fee for track day rentals, and an additional $50 fee for at-track coaching.

4. Minimum Age Requirement:
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Proof of age is required at the time of booking.

5. Safety and Conduct:
Participants must comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Spicy Cat Racing staff. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in the termination of the activity without any refund.

6. Weather Conditions:
Racing events are subject to suitable weather conditions. In the case of inclement weather, it will be up to the track to reschedule the event. Spicy Cat Racing has no control over this. We will do whatever we can to assist in rebooking for either track car rental or track-side coaching if the inclement weather affects the event.

7. Liability Waiver:
All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to the event. This form will be provided during the booking process and must be completed before participation.

8. Rental Agreements

For those doing track-car rental, in addition to the waiver, they will also need to sign a rental agreement outlining the financial responsibilities of the renter and Spicy Cat Racing should anything happen to the rented vehicle.

9. Spectators:
Spectators are welcome but must remain in designated areas at all times during the event. Please check with the track officials for this policy as it may change

10. Privacy Policy:
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of processing your Spicy Cat Racing experience. Your information will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.
